Tonights show goes WAY back to 1991 and the Sunday Night Blues jam at the Roxy Bar and Grill in suburban Kansas City.  It stars the Blue Notions with Tom Trashmouth Baker on lead Vocals, Jammers include Big Bob Schnebelen, and John Paul Drum.

Tonights show is the second half of the September 2003 Iowa Blues Showcase.  This show featured Gary Smith, Clover Buckingham, and Iowa Blues Hall of Famer Steve George.  It also featured a one time segment of Storm Lake Days.  The show was produced by Jay Taylor and Tom Gary.  Director of Bands was Jono Smith, with John Lee Eagan, Don Brown, and Rick Mosqueda.  Our announcer was Ben Williams.

Tonights show is the first episode of season 4 from September 2003!  The show starred James Bein, and Tina Haas Finley.  We also had the first attempt of a new segment called Where in the World is Woody!!!  

Our show was produced by Jay Taylor and Tom Gary, with musical direction by Jono Smith.  The shows announcer was Ben Williams, with the Worlds most dangerous blues band featuring John Lee Eagan, Rick Mosqueda and Don Brown.

(if you have any recordings of her pease send them to us!)  Also included are recordings of past showcase stars and players John Woody Wood, Jimmy Pryor, Chicago Rick Lussie, Gary Smith, Clover Buckingham, Rick Shultz, Louis McTizic, Frenchy Campbell, and Ethaline Wright.

Tonights show is the 1998 release of Alien Corn's In The Middle of Everywhere CD.  The guys in the band were very important in the later formation of the Iowa Blues showcase house band.  Jono Smith, John Woody Wood, and Dave Andrews were all a part of the showcase from the very begining. Also John Dale has always been a great supporter of all of our projects over the years.  

Alien Corn was Jono Smith on Guitar and vocals, John Dale on Guitar and Vocals, John Woody Wood on Drums, percussion and Vocals, Dave Andrews on Drum, Josh Metz on bass, Bryan Martens on keyboards, and Juline Jordan on vocals.  Also on the recording were, Jamie Poulsen Organ amd vocals, Buzz Dupp on Guitar, Amy Peterson on backup vocals, TJ Herrick on Sax, Lorna Johnson and Denise Peiffer on Backup vocals, Don Jaques on sax, Tom Gary on Piano, Willie McKnight on harmonica,and Scott Rhoden on Guitar. 

The CD was produced originally by Sean McMahon, Kirk Kaufmann, and Alien Corn.  Later modified for podcast by Tom Gary.
